As an experiment, we at Karfan.is are going to put out english spoken podcasts every so often about the Domino’s men’s and women’s leagues. Ideas and improvements to this show are welcomed and we ask that you send them to [email protected].
In our fourth podcast about the Women’s Premier League, sponsored by Domino’s Pizza, Regína and Helgi discuss the teams and standings at the halfway point in the season and how likely the top team is to win it all, statistically speaking. New players are coming into the league now that the trade window is open again and some players have switched teams.
We try and predict how these new players and situations will affect the standings and what teams have a chance to go to the playoffs. As it is the New Year we imagine what some teams’ resolution should be so they can position themselves better in the league and finally we predict the next rounds and mention some favorable and unfavorable matchups. Enjoy.
